About the Internship: GeoTech - A Solution Provider is offering an intensive, industry-oriented 15-day Paid Internship in Process Engineering & Plant Design. This program is tailored for motivated engineering graduates and pre-final/final-year students looking to gain practical exposure to Front End Engineering Design (FEED), steady-state simulation, and EPC project workflows in the oil & gas and chemical processing industries. Key Roles & Learning Modules: Introduction to FEED principles, design basis, and process flow development. Generating Heat & Material Balances (H&MB) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD). Process simulation workflows using industry-standard tools and in-house simulators (GEOSIM). Fundamentals of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and line list preparation. Equipment sizing fundamentals: pumps, heat exchangers, separators, and storage vessels. Thermal rating analysis and basic hydraulic calculations. Eligibility & Requirements: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Strong fundamental knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and chemical engineering thermodynamics. Familiarity with engineering software concepts, PFD/P&ID reading, and spreadsheet calculations. Keen interest in pursuing a core career in process design consultancy or EPC project environments. About the Role: We are looking for passionate and driven Final Year Students to join our team as Artificial Intelligence (AI) Interns based in Coimbatore. This internship offers hands-on experience in building, testing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions for industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and testing AI/ML models, algorithms, and automated workflows. Integrate AI components into core software platforms and engineering tools. Conduct data preprocessing, model training, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot, optimize, and document code. Requirements & Qualifications: Currently pursuing a final year degree (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc) in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical fields.
